It's time to shift long term thinking

Updated: May 11, 2020

I've been a Recruiter for 20 years. I've always had more open positions than candidates to fill them and more firms who wanted to work with me than I could take on. That was so 2019. Now I have gotten over the "how the hell am I going to pay the mortgage" panic attack, I realize this is my opportunity to do all those things I only got to after the sourcing, vetting, interviewing, prepping and coaching. This will be the time I get to talk with executives who may be looking to get out of insurance, to professionals who are looking at what will earn them their next raise, to students who are wondering what bad luck has cursed them to graduate in 2020. I won't have all the answers but I have the time to help you figure it out.

I hope we learn something from all this, that we go back to a new normal. I have no idea what it looks like, but I want to be as prepared for it as you are. Let's talk, zoom, face time or walk 6 ft. apart with masks on to figure out what to do and who we will be when all this is over.

For those of you who don't know my cell, it's (415) 846 1497
